Medic Reindeer
Pet
Effect
+5% Coins · +8% DMG · +10 Speed · +12 HP — entry-tier Titan-pack option.
Medic Reindeer is the entry-tier Titan-pack pet — a One Piece-themed Chopper reference, useful as a Titan-pack stepping stone but outclassed by Colossus Titan / Shield Titan / Saw Puppy on every stat column.

When to roll past Medic Reindeer
Medic Reindeer holds its slot for first-week new players — once you pull Saw Puppy or higher from the Titan pack, retire Medic Reindeer to the storage. It does not scale into endgame builds.
Acquisition
Medic Reindeer drops from the Titan Pet Pack added in the 2026-05-09 SBR+AOT update.
IP attribution
Medic Reindeer is the One Piece-themed Chopper reference inside the Titan pet pack — the “medic” name and reindeer silhouette match Tony Tony Chopper, the Straw Hat Pirates’ doctor. The Titan pack itself was added alongside Attack on Titan content in the 2026-05-09 SBR+AOT update, but Medic Reindeer’s design draws from a different IP than its packmates.
Where this pet shines
Medic Reindeer does not appear in any Foong Meta Build loadout — the meta verdict singles out Colossus Titan > Igris as the universal pick and Shield Titan as the lifesteal-only pick. With +8% DMG and +5% Coins, Medic Reindeer sits below every other Titan-pack pet on the offense ladder.
Its use case is first-week Titan-pack rotation before higher-tier pulls land. Once a Saw Puppy or Colossus Titan drops, Medic Reindeer retires to storage.
Pack family
The Titan Pet Pack contains 5 pets — Colossus Titan, Shield Titan, Saw Puppy, Medic Reindeer, Pig. Medic Reindeer sits 4th on the stat ladder, ahead of only Pig.
| Titan-pack pet | Stat headline |
|---|---|
| Colossus Titan | +20% DMG / +25 HP / 3% Lifesteal — meta-best |
| Shield Titan | 5% Lifesteal — highest in roster |
| Saw Puppy | +14% DMG / +10% Coins |
| Medic Reindeer | +8% DMG / +5% Coins |
| Pig | +3% Coins only |
Acquisition & rarity
Medic Reindeer’s stat bundle is +5% Coins / +8% DMG / +10 Speed / +12 HP — no Lifesteal, no Drops, no EXP. Rarity: legendary, matching the Titan-pack tier.
Synergies & comparison
The meta verdict positions Colossus Titan as the universal top pet across Raid / Survival / Infinite. Medic Reindeer’s 8% DMG is lower than every alternative Titan-pack option, and no Foong-listed build benefits from it over Saw Puppy (+14% DMG, +10% Coins) or Shield Titan (5% Lifesteal). Pair it with low-cost abilities like Zorro or Nen Prodigy for early-progression runs until a higher-tier Titan pull lands.
