Rebirth Guide
Rebirth is the prestige system in Anime Apocalypse. Trade your current player level for permanent stat boosts on DMG, EXP gain, cooldown reduction, and max HP. This page documents the verified R1-R5 buff values and coin costs from the developer Discord FAQ, plus the new Sorcery Update cap change. Updated .

What Rebirth Actually Does
- Resets: player level only.
- Keeps: abilities, gadgets, pets, traits, gems, items, cosmetics, ability upgrades.
- Grants: permanent percentage bonuses to DMG, EXP, cooldown, and a flat HP boost.
- Stacks: rebirth buffs are additive across all 5 levels — R5 gives every R1-R5 bonus simultaneously.

How to Rebirth
- Reach the level requirement (climbs every rebirth — confirm the current threshold from the in-game prompt).
- Open the Rebirth menu in the lobby. Spend the listed coin cost.
- Your player level drops back to 1. All abilities, ability levels, traits, gadgets, pets, and gems carry over.
- Rebirth buffs apply immediately and persist across servers.
Is Rebirth Worth It?
At R5 you carry +250% DMG, +100% EXP gain, +25% cooldown reduction, and +250 max HP into every encounter. The EXP and CD bonuses snowball — faster mastery on every weapon you slot, faster ability rotations on raids, faster zombie kills means faster coin and EXP gain for the next rebirth.
The cost ladder is steep on R4-R5 (10m + 12.5m = 22.5m of the 37.5m total). If you are still farming baseline gear, prioritize getting to R3 first — the DMG jump from +115% to +160% covers most Sea content comfortably. Push R4-R5 once you are running Gravewalker difficulty regularly and want to clear Sea 2 / raids faster.
