Fragile
Trait
Effect
Negative trait — HP penalty. Reroll immediately. D-tier per FRVR.
Fragile is a negative trait — HP penalty with no offsetting bonus. Reroll immediately.
Stat profile
Per src/content/tier-snapshots/index.json traits snapshot, the Fragile notes field reads “Negative — reroll.” Per docs/04-tier-list.md §2.3.2, Fragile is grouped with Slow / Weak / Dull in the row “Slow / Weak / Fragile / Dull — negative — Reroll immediately.” with stat bundle column listed as negative (no per-trait magnitude published). The penalty lies in the HP column based on the trait’s naming convention — the inverse of Tough which is the positive HP/defense specialist per docs/04 §2.3.2.
Where this trait shines
It does not. Per docs/04-tier-list.md §1.2.1 (Raid → Reaper matrix) and §1.2.2 (Survival/Infinite → Flash matrix), Rolasyum’s trait/ability matrix recommends no D-tier negative for any ability slot. Survival modes lean on HP and Lifesteal for sustain — Fragile directly undermines the survival pillar that Zombie and Flash (+40 HP per tier-snapshots Flash notes field) support.
Tier positioning
Per the tier-snapshots ranking, Fragile is rated D with sources_supporting: 1 (FRVR-only). Per docs/04-tier-list.md §2.3.2, the four negatives share the same row and identical resolution. Fragile is especially punishing because Survival/Infinite modes scale enemy DMG output over time — losing HP buffer compounds across waves.
Reroll guidance
Per docs/04-tier-list.md §2.3.2 row resolution: “Reroll immediately.” Use a Trait Spin (see Slow for the reroll mechanic). Priority outcomes: Flash (Mythic, +40 HP per tier-snapshots notes) for Survival/Infinite, Reaper (Mythic) for Raid, or any A-tier Legendary including Zombie (the docs/04 §2.3.2 lifesteal-focused defensive trait that compensates HP shortfall via Lifesteal stacking).
Synergies & comparison
Fragile has no positive synergy with any ability. It is the strict inverse of Tough (B-tier defense-focused trait per docs/04 §2.3.2) and stacks negatively against survival-heavy ability picks. Per docs/04-tier-list.md §1.1.2, the Foong Meta Build for Survival pairs Saiyan (which carries an Ultra Instinct auto-revive — but only triggers once per run) with Flash — Fragile undercuts the HP buffer that holds the player alive between revives. Replace Fragile before entering any Survival or Infinite run; for raids the impact is smaller (boss DPS is single-target burst) but reroll is still recommended per the FRVR ranking.
